This girl is Rhiannon. She is about 5 years old and was chained outside all her life. She needs a home where someone can spend time with her and teach her manners and show her the love she craves. She is sweet and friendly and is doing well with a another dog but he is very laid back. Clarion Pups in Strattonville PA has freed her from her chains, but now she is in need of a safe warm home!
