CeCelia (CC) and her 5 siblings were born to a semi-feral mom cat. A friend of their foster mom took them in to make sure they were socialized. CeCelia is very sweet and playful, but can be a bit shy at first. She is a bit silly and is very curious. She gets along with the other foster kittens and her foster mom's adult cats, she isn't fond of the foster puppy.
