UPDATE: Carson has joined the Cell Dog Program. During this program he will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. He will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Carson can be visited and even adopted while he is in the Cell Dog program.

Hi, My name is Carson and I am a shepherd lab mix boy of about 2 -3 years. I was soo glad to get out of the pound that I ran and ran - what freedom! I think I am going to like it here at the rescue. I am a calm but playful boy who gets along with other dogs and should make a good family pet. I am house trained, up to date on my vaccines and heartworm negative.
