UPDATE: Pogo has recently graduated from the cell dog program.  During this program he was trained by selected inmates who were overseen by a professional dog trainer.  He attended classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too!  Pogo is now a foster dog with our friends at Camp Bow Wow in Cuyahoga Falls.

 

Hi, My name is Pogo and I am a 1 to 1 1/2 year old Beagle mix boy.  I'm a bit bigger than most beagles so I likely have some other breeds in my heritage too.  I weigh approximately 35 - 40 lbs.  My sister and I were turned in to the pound because our owners "didn't have enough time for us". I did need some training and escpecially on how to walk nice on a leash to I will be going into the cell dog program. I am already neutered, up to date on my vaccines and heartworm negative.
