Marley is a fine-looking young beagle with oodles of potential - he's learned a lot of handy things already (housebreaking - yeah!) and is working on new accompishments all the time.  He will be neutered and brought up to date on all his shots soon, so that should all be done by the time he is ready to go to his forever home.  Here is what his foster mom had to say about him:

Marley is very active, energetic and playful. He loves his toys and can't get enough of playing with other dogs. I would recommend he go to a home with other energetic dogs who can keep up with him, as older or more timid dogs might be overwhelmed. He is still very much a puppy and will need lots of exercise and basic obedience training (we're working on "no" and "leave it" right now), but he is quite well house broken and lets you know when he needs to go out. At his old house he would bring his leash to his mom when he wanted to go outside so he's quite smart! Here he whines at the door.  We have begun crate-training with Marley.  He still barks for a while when he first goes in, but we are working on it.

Marley is a typical beagle and likes to be outside sniffing around, so he needs a family willing to make sure he's secure outdoors and can't wander away, whether with a fenced in yard, leash walking, or tie out. Also in typical beagle fashion, he has limited recall once he's found something that interests him.

He is a bit hand shy with new people at first but warms up extremely quickly, particularly if you offer him a treat. He lived in a home with two young children and was very good with them. He likes everyone but seems to warm up to women more quickly. He has never been around cats so we don't know how he is with them. He likes car rides but likes to wander around inside so should be properly restrained.
