Here's Johnnie! Johnnie is a sweet happy Plott Hound that has been at the Portage County Warden's Shelter since April 2013. No one can figure out why he is being overlooked. He is happy, sweet, and playful. He knows how to sit, lay down, and shake. He takes treats nicely. He is a tad energetic, but when he gets out of that kennel he just wants to play. With a little more time and training, what a wonderful companinon he could be.
Johnnie was found as a stray and I sure cannot figure out why his family did not come looking for a nice boy like him.
Johnnie is not a Rose's Rescue dog. We are trying to help him get him out of the shelter and into a home where he belongs.
