This is Gus and he is urgently in need of a new home. His owner had to go into a nursing home and the family cannot afford to take on another dog. Gus is a senior - probably about 13 years old and he weighs 17 pounds. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. He is good with other dogs although he doesn't have a lot of patience with puppies which have too much energy for him. He has recently been to the vet who pronounced him in good health with no major medical issues. He is just an elderly gentleman looking for a calm loving home to spend his remaining years in.
