I was born in a barn and the farm owner noticed I was limping and dragging my leg. I was also sneezing and had a runny nose. She took me to the veterinarian, I had a respiratory infection (kitty cold) and my right hip bone was out of the socket joint, I needed surgery to fix it. The nice vet arranged for Roses Rescue to take me and I had the surgery to fix my hip and was put on medication for my kitty cold. I then went to a foster home to recover, I had to wear a funny cone around my neck so that I would leave the sutures alone. 2 weeks later I went back to the vet and had my sutures removed, she said I was doing well but it would take some time for me to get the full use of my leg back because the muscles were so weak, but I may have a permanent limp. My foster mom now lets me run around the house and play with my aunt and uncle kitties. (My foster mom's cats) I'm using my leg more and my kitty cold is almost gone. I love to run and chase the big kitties, play, explore, and watch all of the activities around me. I am a cuddlebug and like to curl up under a blanket with my foster mom and dad. I also purr alot and look cute with my beautiful blue eyes. I'm now ready to start the next chapter of my life in a new forever home.
