Hi, My name is Joey and I am a 3 - 4 year old purebred long haired Dachshund. I was dumped by my original owners and a kind family  took me in.Unfortunately, she had too many animals, so I have come to the rescue. In my temporary foster home I was living with other dogs, cats and children and I am fine with them all. I am up to date on my shots and neutered. I am crate and house trained and love to ride in the car where I will want to sit on your lap. I will take off outside, so a fenced yard will be best.You will also need to make sure yor fence is secure, becasue I know how to get out of small openings.I would also do best with another dog to run and play with.
