Hi everyone, my name is Reuben.  I was left at the dog pound by my owner. I am a bit sad and confused as to why they left me there.  They say I was  a nipper, but I don't have any aggression in me and I have never taken a drink in my life, so I don't know why they made that up.They never neutered me and therefore, I humped a little, but that wasn't my fault.They should have had that done long ago.I am fixed now, so I won't have that issue anymore.I did not like kennel life at all.  I am so very happy I am back in a home even if it is a foster home. Since I was left at the pound ,I am a little insecure and prefer to only be left for 4 hours at a time.I have  a healthy bark when left alone, but not when you are with me. I am a 7 year old beagle boy weighing in at at 35 pounds, hoping to move on to a furever home soon.I have a low energy level and have no desire to chase bunniesWhen everyone else gets out of bed, I like to say there and sleep in. My main goal is to be with my person.A walk a day would keep me content or a fenced yard would work. I would be a great boy for a senior and would love all of that one on one time.I am piggish of my person, so I would like to be the only dog in the home.I sleep all night with no need to go out.I can hold it for very long hours.If you are looking for a handsome guy like me, please fill out an application below.  Reuben
