Tansy is one of Flora's puppies; Flora is a long-haired Chihuahua.  We do not know the heritage of the puppies' father.  She has the shortest hair of all of litter, though it's still hard to say if she will be completely smooth-coated or not.  She is cuter than she appears in most of her pictures, and is a very sweet girl.
