Hi I am Franklin. I am a sweet boy of 5 years old. My owner wanted a better life for me, so she surrendered me to the rescue. I was spending many hours in a cage.  Now I am having some fun running in my fosters yard with the other dogs. I am looking for a home with a fenced yard. I am still working on potty training.
