Hi everyone, my name is Diesel. I am a happy, athletic, fun loving boy.  I was a stray at the dog pound and my owner never came to claim me.  I waited for 3 months.  Now I am in a foster home and liking it much better.  I am around 3 years old and weigh in at about 50 lbs.  I walk great on a leash and would jog with you too. I am perfectly house trained and a gentleman of a dog. I need exercised daily and then I am calm the rest of the day. I would love to play with another dog in the home and am OK with cats too. My issue is separation anxiety. PLEASE :LOOK UP SEPARATION ANXIETY ON LINE. I cannot handle being alone for an 8 hour day.I cannot be crated, for I will hurt myself. I need  a room to be kept in when alone, that will not matter if I am somewhat destructive. I need to be walked though SA, to learn you will come back. Once I learn it is ok to be alone, I will get past my issue. I should  not be with someone 24/7 or I will never get past this. I am a very loving, gentle boy that is well worth the work. I am very smart and would respond well to obedience training.I am active and need exercised to stay happy. Elwood the coon hound up for adoption, is my hero. I run around the huge fenced yard with him, on safaris. It is great fun. We would be two for one, if you are looking for a pair.
