These two boys will be adopted together. Please understand, THEY ARE NOT DOGS FOR THE AVERAGE HOME. They need worked with for neglect and abuse. Experience with puppy mill type dogs preferred.

     I know it will sound crazy, but we were lucky the Dog Warden picked me and Charlie up. The person that owned us neglected and heavy handed us.  Would they be a human or an animal? The animals we know, are nicer than that. They will get away with what they did, but we will keep the scars. We are hoping for an experienced person in puppy mill type dogs, to help make us trust and love again. We are not dogs for the average family and it will take time to get us turned around. We were  happy pups at one time and did not know what was in store for us. Our owner took the joy out of our lives and replaced it with fear ,from their abuse and neglect. They may have used us for breeding and that was it. No love given to us. All we can say to back yard breeders that are heartless is - get  a job! I am what they call a party doodle, of apx 2 years old and 50 pounds. WE ARE NOT DOGS FOR THE AVERAGE HOME. We are good with dogs and have met children, but we will be a work in progress to get past our fears. Amazingly, we are totally non aggressive for what we have been through. A little light is coming on, now that we are safe here. Charlie and me play a little and we are feeling a lot better! We will need a fenced yard, because we are flight risks. We need to learn to walk on leash. I am worse than Charlie and have not learned to come up to people yet. I stand about 2 feet away, so I am getting closer. Charlie is my leader. We will be adopted together If you are a home that wants both of us, we will be two for one. The expense of grooming us at apx $140 every two months (for both), will need to fit in your budget. House training will need worked on and we are not crate trained. Therefor, we will need  a laundry area or place that won't matter if we mess it up, while you are gone. If you could be that special person and home, please let the rescue know.
