Hi my name is Jose, but my foster mommy calls me Todd. She said I remind her of the fox from Fox and the Hound. I am a 4 year old, long haired Chihuahua of 8 pounds. I may have not gotten off to a great start in life, but I don't have an attitude because of it. I was loved plenty.I adjust well and love people! I do not care for young children, so will need a home without them.  I don't mind older kids, just not sure about those young ones. I can get nippy with them. I enjoy other dogs and my foster sister cat doesn't phase me. I love to play with other dogs my size. I am now house trained , through the directions of my foster mommy.My foster mom is so proud of me. Sometimes I forget to tell her when I need to go, but she reminds me. She says I am a perfect little fella. She would love to keep me, but 4 dogs would be a bit much for her. I am 100% lap dog. My foster mom is teaching me to be comfortable in a crate, but I love my nights sleeping with her under the covers. I would love a fenced yard, for the freedom it offers me. Bring on the adults.I would be a great companion to sit on your lap and cuddle.
