Hi there I'm Bear! Not a grizzly bear more like a teddy bear, a big as a horse teddy bear who loves kisses and snuggles. I am currently approximately150 lbs at 2 years old and this just means I'm right on target to be the healthy happy Saint Bernard I was born to be. I love my foster mom and foster buddies. She calls me a smart, yet stubborn love bug as I have learned my manners, (sit, stay, wait, leave it) but if I do not want to do something I am like a dead weight and will not move. (Did I mention I'm big and heavy?) I love to play and have been getting good at fetch and sneaking drinks from the garden hose when my foster mom uses it. I do not do well with the heat, so you will have to keep our outings limited or well shaded. I also love to play with the cats, but sometimes they act afraid of me. What's a big guy to do? I need older teenagers and not young children. The teenagers will understand I do not like people in my face. I need to have a savvy leader. I become protective of my person, so you need to let me know you are the boss, not me. I will wander to explore, so you really need to keep me safe. I know how to use an E-fence now and love the freedom it let's me have. Any type of fence will be needed, to keep me happy. I drool some, but not as much as a lot of us do. Giant breed experience is preferred. Let's meet and see!
