Meet Phil! This adorable guy came to us with his sister Lil after being found outdoors. Their finder took them in and cared for them until they could come to the rescue. Phil is a sweet, cuddly kitten with a gentle disposition. He is active and keeps himself busy playing with toys and with his foster siblings. Phil loves to snuggle up in a warm lap when he's tired from playing! He does well with kids, other cats, and dogs. 

Phil is being fostered in Akron, OH. He is 4 to 5-months-old and will be fully vetted by the time of adoption. Phil's adoption fee of $100 covers:
