Hi! The humans at Rose’s asked me to tell you a bit so here  I go … My name is Aspen. I am a one year old Labrador Dalmatian mix. See my spots and my blue eye? They make me feel special. The first few months of my life weren’t so great but happily the humans at Rose’s rescued me and now I’m figuring out life can be downright awesome. 

My foster Mom lives in the country and has space for me to run which I really like. She has a six year old rescue for me to play with which I also really like. We run around until we are very tired and then we are calm inside and happily sleep. 

After play and sleep, I really like food. I was a bit hungry and lonely during those first few months so I eat up everything super fast  and I crave lots of attention. I pretty much will follow my humans everywhere and give them kisses as much as possible. Hope that’s something you like. I listen really well. I already learned sit, stay and come. I don’t require a leash because I will stay right with you but I am also comfortable with a leash if needed when we go to different places. 

Which leads me to my last topic. Leaving home. I would much prefer to go wherever you go. But realize not always possible. I will go in the crate for you without much fuss if I must. 

So that’s my story. I sure hope you consider adopting me because now that I realize how good life can be, I would really like to get started having fun with my forever family asap.
