Meet Gorgeous George! George has a very loving and trusting nature, he gets along with almost everyone and everything. Due to being so trusting, he had been attacked by another animal when he came to us. He ended up with a major bone infection, but after a lot of treatments, George has a clean bill of health.

Gorgeous George is one of the friendliest guys his foster mom has ever met. He’s overzealous for any love he can get, we still can’t figure out how he made it so long as an outside boy. As soon as you walk in the room George is sure to crawl away from his nap to greet you. He will follow you around the room and rub all over your legs. George also loves to play! Especially with feather toys. He acts like his hunting and killing his prey and sometimes it gets pretty intense!

During his time in foster, George has made many friends. George gets along best with cats, and ESPECIALLY kittens. He acts like he’s their parent. He cleans them, snuggles with them, plays with them, and sleeps with them! George would do great in a home with a kitten. We would recommend not too many other animals in the home though because George will defer his needs in favor of the other animals’ and then his personality cannot shine. And boy do you want to see his personality shine!

We have George taking half a pill of Prednisolone every 3 days for some allergies. A 6 month prescription supply costs around $18, it’s very inexpensive and he takes his pills in a pill pocket effortlessly.  During his journey George also received a dental cleaning with some extractions. He’s now fully vetted.
