Polo is a vibrant and energetic German Shepherd with a playful spirit. At three years old, he is full of life and loves to stay active. Whether it's running, playing fetch, or going on outdoor adventures, he thrives in an environment where he can move and engage with his surroundings. Polo is highly intelligent and benefits from mental stimulation, making him a great match for someone who enjoys training, interactive toys, and structured activities.
He has undergone basic obedience training and responds well to commands like sit, stay, down, and come. He walks nicely on a leash and is eager to please, making further training easy and enjoyable. Polo is house-trained, crate-trained, and comfortable in a routine. He is incredibly affectionate and enjoys being around people, always eager for pets and attention. Fully vaccinated and neutered, Polo is ready for his forever home. He gets along well with other dogs, does well with children who enjoy playing with a fun and energetic companion, and has shown the ability to get along with cats when properly introduced. He would do best in an active household where he can receive plenty of exercise, companionship, and love.
Polo is not a Rose's Rescue dog, we are posting this in order to help his caregiver find him a loving permanent home. He was rescued during the housing crisis in California when his previous owners were unable to keep him. He has received training and medical care during his time in his foster home. There will be an adoption fee of $250. Polo is located in the Santa Monica, CA 90401 area but transport is available anywhere in the US. Please contact Francine (text) 310-597-8702 for more information on this loving boy.
