Hi, My name is Flossy and I was rescued from a puppy mill. I am a Welsh Terrier and I weigh 24 pounds. I was very dirty when I got to the rescue and I have some skin issues that are being taken care of. After a bath I was off to a foster home where I am getting love and attention for the first time in my life. I have been through a lot and I am not your average fun loving dog, but I am ready tp get past the horrors I endured.I love people and do not hold a grudge.
