UPDATE: Casey has recently joined the cell dog program.  During this program she will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. She will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Casey can be visited and even adopted while she is in the Cell Dog program.

 

Hi, My name is Casey and I am a little over 1 year old. I was rescued along with my sister when we were puppies but now my sister wants all of the attention and she beats up on me when anyone pays attention to me. So my family feels it would be better if I had a home of my own. I am a high energy girl but I can calm down. I love children and get along with other dogs. I will be spayed soon and then come to the rescue. I am a strong girl who will need some training but I will be entering the cell dog program in the near future to further my education.
