Kelsey is a young medium size Boston Terrier. She has recently graduated from the cell dog program.  During this program she was trained by selected inmates who were overseen by a professional dog trainer. She attended classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Kelsey has now finished her training and is ready for her forever home. Could that be you?
