My name is Chuy and I am the nicest Chi on the planet! I love everyone I meet. I am an outgoing friendly little guy who loves to snuggle. They put me outside to do my business, but I much prefer using my foster sister's potty pad. I get along with all people, other dogs, and cats. I have been neutered, my dew claws were removed and I am up to date with all my shots.
