My name is Chelsea. When I came into rescue, I was not socialized and I was afraid of ........everything. I have begun to come out of my shell. Now I am afraid of........not quite everything. I feel safest on my foster mommy's lap, or under the sheets down by her feet. I hate it when they put me outside, it scares me. I will not leave the door. I prefer a potty pad, which I am very good at using. I get along fine with other animals, but mostly I hide and watch, although I have begun to play a bit with my foster brother, Chuy. I need someone who will be patient with me while I learn to trust and become comfortable with new surroundings. Life has been a frightening experience for me and I am just beginning to feel safe.
