Hi, My name is Taffy and I am a 2 year old Spaniel mix girl.  I was picked up as a stray and went to the Portage Pound but the rescue has now taken me.. I weigh about 54 pounds and am a solid girl! I was very sad in the pound as I had a lot of pent up energy but now I am at the rescue I get to run and burn that off.  I love people and am calm and easy to love inside but outside I am strong and need some training on how to walk on a leash. They are going to try me on a gentle leader which will probably help a lot. I get along with other dogs for the most part but can be alpha so a forever home with a fenced yard, kids to play with and no other dogs would be ideal. I take treats gently and am very good with children. I am up to date on my shots, heartworm negative and  spayed. Please check me out, I would love to come home with you.
