Pippi was rescued from the Carroll Co. Pound & was in sad shape.  She was missing half her fur & her skin was raw & flaky.  She had bacterial & fungal skin infections, but after some shots & medications she's grown all her fur back and is in great shape!  

She weighs about 10 lbs and is a rat terrier, possibly mixed with Italian greyhound because she's slim with long legs.  She's estimated to be about 3 years old, she still has a lot of energy & likes to be active but also enjoys cuddling and sitting on your lap.  She's very friendly, loves people & gets along with other dogs and cats.  She has occasionally been aggressive around food, so I feed her in her crate to avoid any problems.  She loves to be with people and would do great in a household where she gets lots of attention.  She loves to go for walks and walks well on a leash; she also loves car rides.  She knows "sit" and will even dance & twirl in circles for a treat!  I think she would do great in obedience and/or agility.
