UPDATE: Benny has recently joined the cell dog program.  During this program he will be trained by selected inmates who will be overseen by a professional dog trainer. He will attend classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Benny can be visited and even adopted while he is in the Cell Dog program.

HI, My name is Benny.  I was recently returned to the rescue because I drove my people nuts with my running off.  I am normally a laid back guy, but I guess I decided I needed a little more excitement.  I am great with dogs, people, and kids.  I am not sure about cats yet.  I am a perfect gentleman in the house and very well house trained.  I do love my people but I need to be walked daily if a tie out is used.  I am going back into the cell dog progam where I came from.  I think I need a refresher course.  I promise to be a good boy if you would consider giving me a chance to move into your home.
