Hi, My name is Otis and I am a 1 year old mixed breed dog - certainly hound and they are not sure what else. I am currently housed at the Portage County Dog Warden's Shelter.  My biggest problem is no one ever taught me how to wear a collar or walk on a leash. I tend to creep along about 4 inches of of the ground and then drop down in a puddle on the ground. They are working with me though and I am definitely getting better. Other than that I am a happy friendly kind of guy who is glad to see everyone.  I am up to date on my vaccines, heartworm negative and will be neutered soon. If you have a loving home and would be interested in working with a sweet young guy like me please come to the shelter to meet me.
