UPDATE: Rocco has recently graduated from the cell dog program.  During this program he was trained by selected inmates who were overseen by a professional dog trainer. He will attended classes to learn more about house training, basic obedience and some fun tricks too! Rocco has completed his training and is ready for his new forever home. Could that be you?

Hi! My name is Rocco and I am a large puppy. I am under a year old and weigh 46 pounds right now but should put on at least another 20 - 25 pounds before I am done filling out. I am a gentle giant who knows some basic commands like sit and down and I take treats very gently. I like all people and other dogs and cats too. I am a calm all around good guy so if you are looking for a gentle dog to join your family I would sure like to apply for the job. I have had a little rough start in life but now the rescue has taken me I am going to be just fine.I need a home with children 10 and above .The little ones make me nervous.
