Meet Phoebe: Meet Ms Phoebe, an approximately 2 year old female pit bull mix that was found as a stray in Streetsboro Ohio on October 8th. Her owner has not come to claim her and so she waits at the pound for the right person to come along. Phoebe is a sweet young lady, but is just so happy to have someone paying attention to her, she will not sit still for a picture. Please come out and meet Phoebe. She says pound living is just not for her. She is waiting at the Portage Co Dog Warden's shelter for YOU!
