Hi, My name is Arthur and I am new to the rescue. I am probably some kind of a shepherd mix and they think about 9 months old. I am a friendly happy guy who loves people and other dogs. I love attention, and of course think I am a lap dog. I am young and do need training, but am very willing to learn. I am a real cutie pie or that is what all the people were saying when they came to see me. I have very soft fur and a very loving nature. I am up to date on my shots and will be neutered very soon.
