Hi, My name is Rufus and I am a 1 year old Chiweenie! That is a Chihuahua Dachshund cross for those of you who are not familiar with the word. I am a small cute little guy that was living with 3 small children but it was not a good fit. Dogs my size are too small and delicate for toddlers. They can fall on me or hurt me without even meaning to. I also am very possessive of my food so that is not a good combination. I need to go to a home with adult and possibly teenagers who are old enough to understand me. Other than with my food I am a friendly loving guy that gets along with people and other dogs. I will be brought up to date on my shots and neutered before adoption.
