My name is Penny. I was hiding under a tarp on a nice man's patio two days before Christmas. The nice man took me in and searched for my owner. Since he could not find my owner and he could not keep me, I moved to the rescue. I am a small girl with long legs. I am shy at first, but will come to love you for sure. I am a dedicated lap dog, so I need a lap to be able to sit on. I will be spayed and up to date before I move to my new home. I am around 3 years old and weigh in at 8 lbs, and I am not liking the snow right now, how about you??
