My name is Ben and I am a fun loving 5 year old, black Lab - Rottweiler mix boy.

I love to carry around my toys and my blanket. I am tall and only weigh about 85 lbs. I love to lay by my people and cuddle and I am also content to play with my toys and just hang out.

I do have advanced hip dysplasia and some arthritis in my hips and surgery would not be the answer. I have my meds to take each day and I feel like a new dog. Without the meds I do get achy and grumpy. I love meeting new people and I an always so happy now that my pains are gone.

Because of my physical condition I do better with older children who do not lean on me and prefer to take it easy with medium or small dogs. I am great with cats.
