Hi, My name is Dexter. They had me listed as a Cattle Dog mix but I am not sure exactly what kind of dog I am. I weigh 33 pound and I am about 2 years old. Somehow I ended up in the pound and my owner didn't come for me. No one seemed to want to adopt me either so I have come to the rescue. They could see what a nice friendly well mannered boy I am. I am up to date on my shots, neutered, heart worm negative and micro-chipped. So I am all ready for my new home. I am house and crate trained and I get along with all people and other dogs too. No one has seen me with cats or kids but I am a little shy, slightly submissive boy so I will probably be OK with them too. If you are looking for a young medium size dog to join your family please consider me. I do have medium length hair and will need brushing. I am ready and willing to come live with you. Love, Dexter
