Hello out there, my name is Patches. I am generally a very sweet boy but I can have an attitude at times. If bothered while sound asleep or moved I might growl and snap, but it is manageable, just ask my foster mom. I do want to be with you and on your lap. I am approximately 5 years old and weigh in at about 12lbs.  I am house trained, and not destructive if you are gone, no crate required. I am good on a leash. I love walks and car rides.  As I seem to have a big dog attitude I require an owner who is the boss. I do get along with other dogs, but would do best as being the only dog as I get a little jealous if someone else wants to be next to my human.  If you think you would like to take the Patches challenge please fill out an application so that we can meet.

Patches has a periodical cough caused by enlarged heart . He takes 2 daily medications , aprox cost $23.50 a month.  He will make a good companion to the right household
