We are Diamond and Pepper, a  bonded pair of dachshund mixes. Diamond (female) is a dachshund/beagle mix and Pepper (male) is a dachshund/chihuahua mix.  Pepper  came from a back yard breeder situation and is not socialized. He relies on his friend Diamond to feel safe.

Diamond is approximately 9 years old, and weighs in at 30lbs. She is adventurous and loves to play, but also sit on your lap or snuggle. She loves being outdoors and was born to hunt. No cats or small animals for this girl please.

Pepper is  estimated to be between the ages of 5-7 and weighs in at 13lbs.  He lived outside in a cage and was starved, had mange, and worms. He loves to sleep with his people, and is a loving little guy when he trusts you, but he  is fearful of strangers and will bark like Cujo at them, so they know his boundaries.He has his quirks and when it rains, he will have accidents.He would  need to wear a belly band during storms. Pepper prefers teenagers and adults, so no young children please. Pepper must be adopted with his best friend Diamond.
