Hello, my name is Penelope and I am a sweet 21 lb beagle girl. There were some difficulties in my home so I moved to the rescue. I am a special needs girl because sometimes I have seizures. I get very anxious when left home alone and do not handle being crated. I am looking for a quiet home where the people are home most of the time, and I would love another playful canine in the home to keep me company. I need a fenced yard and an understanding owner. I love to sit on your lap and snuggle under the covers in bed. Now outside my beagle nose kicks in, so I do need a fenced yard.
